When you make an enquiry we collect your name, email address, telephone number, project address or postcode and the details you give us about your project. If you become a client we also hold contract documentation, correspondence, site records and payment records.

Our website collects basic anonymised analytics about how pages are used. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, deliver and administer contracted works, meet our legal and regulatory obligations including health and safety and tax record keeping, and to handle any warranty or aftercare matters.

Our lawful bases for processing are performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services.

We do not sell your data or share it for marketing purposes. We may share limited information with subcontracted specialists working on your project, our accountants and insurers, building control bodies and warranty providers where required, and any regulator legally entitled to it.

Unsuccessful enquiries are deleted within 24 months. Client records are retained for a minimum of 6 years after project completion to meet tax, insurance and construction liability obligations, and for longer where a structural warranty period extends beyond that.

You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to request erasure where we have no ongoing lawful reason to retain it, to restrict or object to processing, and to request data portability.

To exercise any of these rights email info@taisei.com. We will respond within one calendar month. If you are unhappy with our response you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

We hold personal data on access-controlled systems with encryption in transit, and restrict access to staff who need it to do their job. Paper records held on site are kept secure and destroyed confidentially when no longer required.
